I run a ‘ways of working’ consultancy called Flow and am also an Executive Coach.

Hi. I’m Andy.

I have 25 years’ experience in marketing, half spent in client roles and half working as a consultant. In the last 15 years, I have specialised in marketing capability development, building global programmes to enable team and commercial growth.

I run a ‘ways of working’ consultancy called Flow, helping teams to improve the way they collaborate and embrace opportunities to work smarter in this new era of hybrid working.

I’m also an Executive Coach.

In 2022, I left Accenture to start a consultancy called Flow. We inspire teams to be at their resourceful, imaginative and brilliant best. With a key focus on how to collaborate well within your own teams and across your organisation, we help your colleagues embrace opportunities to work smarter.

I’m an Executive Coach, having recently trained at Henley Business School.

My key interest area is helping companies and their teams build the mindsets, skills and practices needed to thrive and transform. In 2022, I left Accenture to start a consultancy called Flow. We inspire teams to be at their resourceful, imaginative and brilliant best. We strengthen collaboration across teams so that ideas, knowledge and work all flow better. We help teams consciously design better ways of working, create inclusive cultures in the hybrid working environment and improve your ability to perform in future.

I also work as an associate for other boutique consultancies that I admire.

I’m an Executive Coach, having recently trained at Henley Business School.

I live in Thames Ditton, Surrey, England.
